Credits. In the event your product is defective or damaged upon delivery, you may return it to us for a credit toward a new (same) product. Please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange this. It is up to our discretion to offer any credits. We will ask for proof of damage, such as photos. We will only honor grievances for defective products if notified within 10 days of the purchase date, or 7 days of the fulfilled shipment day for pre-orders.

Returns. At the moment, we are unable to accept returns.
